French Louis XVI Antique Style Ceramic Brass Centrepiece Compote Bowl Urn

A monumental French brass mounted porcelain centrepiece in the style of Louis XVI.

White crackle glaze ceramic bowl with ornate brass metalwork foliage handles and neoclassical god mascarons stood upon a decoratively patterned pedestal base.

In great condition with some minor wear commensurate with use and age to the metalwork what appears to be water marking to a few areas of the crackle glaze on the interior of the bowl.
