British 20th Century Art Deco Drip Glaze Ceramic Art Pottery Vase Beswick Ciro

A highly collectible Art Deco ceramic vase, dating to the 1930s and part of the Ciro line produced by Beswick Pottery in Staffordshire, England.

The vase has an ovoid or elongated egg shape and features a distinctive, continuous vertical twist or fluting running from the base to the ruffled rim, giving it a stylized, organic appearance. It is finished in a high-quality, thickly applied drip glaze, primarily in shades of orange, amber, and cream, with the glaze pooling and streaking down the side flutes to emphasize the moulded shape.
