Refund policy

In short, I will do everything I can to ensure you are satisfied with your purchase, customer satisfaction is at the heart of my business.

Before returning any goods you must contact me first.

I understand that occasionally customers may wish to return items and I am happy to meet my obligation to refund them according to my policy below:

1. In all cases you must contact me within 14 days of receiving the item, please e-mail tommysantiquetreasure@gmail.com.

2. Provide the reason for the return and the item description.

3. You will the be supplied with return instructions and the return delivery address if your request falls in-line with the return policy.

4. When refunded you can expect it in the same form of payment originally used for purchase within a few working days of me receiving the return.

Wrongly described or Incorrect item - 14 days from delivery

If you believe the item has been misrepresented or somehow I sent you a different item the one you selected and paid for then please e-mail me at tommysantiquetreasure@gmail.com within 14 days of receipt of the goods. It is important you provide a description of the item you received and reference numbers from the receipt/order confirmation email.

If warranted you will be given a return address and instructions and will receive a full refund for the price you paid once I receive the item back in original condition.

Damaged item

I take every possible precaution to prevent damage in transit and go beyond the packaging requirements for all items. I personally package and thoroughly check each items before it is dispatched. However I have little control during transit other than the prior selection of reputable postage and courier services.

If your item(s) have been damaged in transit, you can return the item(s) or we come to an agreement within 14 days of receipt for a refund providing you notify me of such damage within 5 days of receipt of the goods. Please e-mail tommysantiquetreasure@gmail.com, quoting your order number.

I will need to pass details of the damage to the courier company. You will need to provide a statement confirming the damage and keep photographs of the damaged package or item.

Change of mind

If the goods have been delivered and you decide you do not want to keep them, you MUST inform me with your intention to return them within 14 days of receipt of the goods by e-mail to tommysantiquetreasure@gmail.com, you will need to give the item reference number or description. 

The item must be returned and packaged with due care and using the same or equivalent packaging materials and methods as it was supplied to you. The cost and method of returning the goods must be arranged by you and you will be responsible for them until delivered. The item must be received within 10 days from the date of the arranged return, undamaged, in its original condition and packaging.

Despite some of the items prices "including delivery" I do bear a cost for postage and packing materials. If you are returning item(s) due to a change of mind then the refund will be the price paid minus my original cost to post the item to you.
