Bohemian Art Nouveau Iridescent Art Glass White Green Bowl Vase Antique Kralik

A highly decorative piece of turn-of-the-century Bohemian Czech art glass, dating to the late 19th or turn of the 20th century. Produced by Kralik and executed in the Art Nouveau or Jugendstil style. It features a distinctive ruffled, or crimped rim.

The main body of the glass is finished in a bright, shimmering white, opalescent, or pearlized glaze that displays a subtle rainbow iridescence. The lower half of the bowl is decorated with a series of roughly applied, raised bands of bright green glass, creating an organic, ribbon-like texture. This is a fine example of Bohemian Art Nouveau glass.
