18th Century Dutch Delft Blue & White Porcelain Pottery Baluster Vase Antique

An 18th century Dutch Delftware baluster vase featuring a classic octagonal form with ribbed vertical panelling throughout its body.

Hand-painted in vibrant cobalt blue underglaze over a tin-glazed white background, the main façade presents a detailed cartouche framed by elaborate scrollwork and floral motifs. Inside the cartouche, a serene rural landscape depicts a figure standing near a basket with a distant town spire and birds overhead.

The side and reverse panel display subtle, minimalist floral sprigs, leafy tendrils, and small flying insects.

In good overall condition with some typical age-related wear of chipping and loss of glaze along the upper rim and lower foot edge.
