An unusual Chinese porcelain cobalt blue and white vase with conical shaped lid transformed into table lamp.
Decorated with shield panels enclosing a fenced garden with figures whilst the side have prunus branches and blossoms, chrysanthemums, and butterflies rising from an octagonal base.
Likely produced for the Dutch market as the conical lid resembles a typical Delft shape and would probably have had a bird finial. Six character Kangxi mark on underside but I think it is 19th century. A hairline crack to the body.
Height (of porcelain): 24 cm - Base diameter: 11 cm - Total height: 44 cm
Electrified with two prong plug, if you require an adapter to convert to 3 plug I will supply :-)
