An Edwardian pair of antique novelty silver-plated combination vesta case and stamp holders designed in the form of miniature books with ribbed spines and textured covers. One case features the raised Three Legs of Man symbol on the front, representing the Isle of Man, while the other has a plain oval brass cartouche.
The interiors are clean with some light oxidation, the Isle of Man case retains its original suspension ring for attachment to a watch chain.
Each measuring approximately 5 cm x 3.5 cm x 1 cm.
In okay condition with wear to silver plate and a soldered repair to one. Selling as a pair due to the faults.
