A decorative Victorian earthenware pot or jar dating from the late 19th Century. The body is made from a warm, matte terracotta finished with patterned bands of black decoration. The design features classic Aesthetic Movement motifs, including a border of stylized florals around the flared collar and a wide band of scrolling foliage around the belly.
Height: 10 cm - Max diameter: 13.5 cm
In good condition with slight surface wear and a small chip to lid commensurate with age.
