X-Large Middle Eastern Antique Tinned Copper Ladle Spoon 19th Century 43cm

An antique Middle Eastern single-piece tinned copper ladle.

The tinned finish is worn, exposing underlying copper whilst the bowl is hand-hammered and slightly misshapen, consistent with 19th-century craftsmanship but possibly earlier.

There is incised decoration on the handle consisting of a series of X-shaped or crisscross markings.

Length: 43 cm

In good overall condition with a slight split to the rim of the spoon bowl.
