A 19th century English Victorian majolica jug crafted in the form of a stylized ear of sweetcorn, featuring a rich, relief-moulded texture.

The main body displays yellow kernels rendered in high detail, wrapped in vivid green husk leaves that overlap near the base and flare outward toward the top. A contoured green handle extends from the side, blending seamlessly into the leafy botanical motif.

Marked on the underside with 'England' - most examples of corn jugs lack marks.

Height: 14.5 cm - Base diameter: 7.5 cm

In good overall condition with just a crack to the handle.
