Large French White Opaline Enamelled Glass Vase Antique 19th Century Baccarat ?

A large French 19th century white opaline glass vase finely decorated in enamel depicting a winged angel/goddess perched upon rocks. Fantastically detailed, her wings are multi-layered and have a fine feather-like effect.

Possibly produced by Baccarat? I've seen the similar vase shapes attributed as such and the high quality of enamel would be consistent. 

Height: 43 cm - Base diameter: 10.25 cm

In excellent condition with no chips or cracks, there is light wear to the gilt and a small black mark on the back shoulder.

With two stickers on the underside stating "Miss Gilmour & Gilmore" but I have been unable to figure the significance of the name.
