19th Century German Porcelain Pottery Toby Jug Pitcher Antique

A ceramic figural Toby Jug, styled as a jolly man with a smiling expression, rosy cheeks, and wearing 18th-century attire.

The man is depicted in an orange or rust-coloured long coat over a white ruffled cravat, a white wig, and a green tricorn hat, which forms the pouring spout.

A late 19th century German interpretation of the traditional English Toby Jug.
