A large Japanese Meiji period circa 1900 earthenware vase with a cylindrical form and a cream-colored, crackle-glazed body.

Decorated with hand-painted enamel figures, showing women in kimonos carrying baskets and walking, with a bird in flight above. The base and neck feature patterned borders in green, blue, and yellow.

Height: 24.5 cm

Signed on the body with an 3 character mark for Yasuda.

In good condition with slight wear to enamel and a small gouge seemingly from production.
