Vintage Painted Stoneware Pottery Spirit Water Barrel Dispenser Keg Cask + Tap

This vintage stoneware spirit dispenser is designed to simulate the appearance of a traditional wooden barrel or cask. The pottery body features a textured brown surface with a faux wood grain finish, accented by four raised horizontal bands painted in matte dark grey to resemble iron hoops.

It is fitted with a turn-key metal tap at the base whilst the top section includes a central aperture sealed with a cork stopper and a wire bail handle attached to the rim for carrying / suspension. The underside is unglazed and unmarked.
